Recipe for Ginger dressing like kubotos restaurant?

Does anyone have a good recipie for the ginger dressing that the japanese restaurants serve on their salad..the dark version..without celery and carrots in it?

    Yummy! Ginger dressing is delicious!

    I love it! and I have made this exact recipe...

    It's quite simple, I always make extra and store it in my frig.

    Its also great as a marinade!

    "GINGER DRESSING"

    ===INGREDIENTS===

    1/2 cup minced onion

    1/2 cup peanut oil

    1/3 cup rice wine vinegar

    2 tablespoons water

    2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger root

    2 tablespoons minced celery

    2 tablespoons ketchup

    4 teaspoons soy sauce

    2 teaspoons white sugar

    2 teaspoons lemon juice

    1/2 teaspoon minced garlic

    1/2 teaspoon salt

    1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

    ===DIRECTIONS===

    In a blender, combine the minced onion, peanut oil, rice vinegar, water, ginger, celery, ketchup, soy sauce, sugar, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper .

    Blend on high speed for about 30 seconds or until all of the ingredients are well-pureed.

  3. 1/2 c. salad oil

    1/4 c. orange juice

    2 T. balsamic vinegar

    2 T. fresh ginger, finely grated

    1 T. soy sauce

    1 T. honey or Dijon mustard

    1 T. sugar

    1 clove garlic, minced (optional)

    2 scallions, chopped (optional)

    Combine all ingredients in a blender or salad mix shaker.

    Serve over your favorite salad ingredients.

    Works well over poached pears or other fruit (omit garlic and scallions).
