Recipe for Gua Ba (Sweet and sour flavored Chinese dish)? Thanks!?

Never heard of Gua Ba. Only heard of 'Ba Gua', which is thin slices of tender marinated compressed pork grilled BBQ-style. It's a delicious Chinese savoury delicacy that tastes slightly sweet (similar to char siew sauce), but certainly not sweet & sour. It's almost exclusively commercially produced due to the lengthy process & amount of effort required.
