Ingredients:

1. 9 potatoes (peeled and cut into flat long pieces)

2. salt to taste

3. 1/2 tsp red chili powder or deghi mirch

4. 1/4 tsp crushed garlic

5. 1/4 tsp ajino-moto

6. 2 tsp tomato ketchup

7. a pinch of orange color

8. 5-6 tsp maida

9. oil for frying

10. 2 tsp oil

11. 1/2 tsp crushed garlic

12. 1/4 tsp ajino-moto

13. 1/2 tsp red chili powder

14. 2 tsp vineger

15. 3 tsp red chili sauce (make it 2 tsp if want it less spicy)

16. 6 tsp tomato ketchup

17. 1 tsp agave nectar

18. 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

Mix all the ingredients 1-7 , then add maida. Fry the potatoes till golden brown in oil. Set fried potatoes aside. Heat 2 tsp oil, add garlic, red chili powder, ajino-moto stir. Then add vinegar, red chili sauce, tomato ketchup, and cook on high flame for a minute or so. Add agave nectar and cook for a min. Add potatoes, salt and cook till sauces are thoroughly coated on potatoes and it is almost dry.

Garnishing:

Spread potatoes in a serving dish giving it oval shape and spread some dry roasted sesame seeds over it. OR Take a capsicum and clean it from inside and place it in the middle of the dish with a small candle lighting inside potatoes spread around it.
