Recipe for Key West cold bean salad?

There's a nice little vegetarian restaurant in downtown Key West that makes a delicious cold bean salad using garbanzos, red kidney beans, onions, and a sweet dressing. Does anyone have a recipe like this?

This recipe is kinda similar:

COLD HERBED GARBANZO BEANS

Serves 4

1 16-oz. can garbanzo beans, drained

1/4 cup parsley,chopped

1/2 cup sweet onion, chopped

1/2 cup tomato, chopped

1/4 cup ripe olives, chopped

1 teaspoon cumin, ground

1 garlic clove, minced

1 tablespoon white wine vinegar

1 teaspoon dried mustard

2 tablespoons olive oil



Directions

Combine first seven ingredients in large bowl; mix well.

Whisk together vinegar and mustard, add olive oil to blend; add to bean mixture.

Toss well.

Chill several hours.
