Recipe for Real Authentic Indian Beef Bhuna?

Given that most Indians see the Cow as sacred. I doubt that there would be a "Real Authentic" recipe for Beef Bhuna. I'm not Indian. But I live in Los Angeles, very near an area known as "Little India". I've never seen Beef Bhuna on any menu in any of the Indian restaurants here.

there is nothing like " indian beef bhuna ",there are some muslims in india who named this dish., however we hindus dont eat beef.
