Recipe for an oversized courgette?

can anyone tell me what to do with my large courgette, i dont want to stuff it as i really could do with hiding it in a recipe so as the kids dont see it? haha

I hide courgette in tomato sauce and put some pasta with it. Also put the sauce on homemade pizza.

The recipe is great, just steam the courgettes till soft and mash them up into the tomato sauce. The kids wont be able to tell the difference.

I cut one up the other day and hid it in a spaghetti Bolognese. I have also hidden them in shepherds pie before. Another thing to try with the larger courgettes cut them into chunks and roast with mushrooms and plenty of black pepper - they are lovely but my kids wont try them like that :o)

try this deep fry batter courgette or shredded courgette omelette or even courgette salad just slice into julienne then toss with salt and pepper and a few drops of lemon juice then top with your favorite toppings like grilled chicken breast or poached pink salmon or even grilled prawns.

Hiya, I use courgette cut into chunks, with red onion and peppers, drizzled in oil and roasted in the oven, beside chicken thighs drizzled in honey served with golden savoury rice
