Recipe for chow mein (powder mix)?

I just want a recipe for the powder mix to add to the noodles. I don't like having to buy a pre-made mix envelope.

You mean the packets you find on the asian aisle in your supermarket?   If you read the ingredients, it's mainly just salt and/or MSG.  In a chow mein recipe, the seasoning typically comes from:

-soy sauce

-salt

-sugar

-MSG (optional)

-pepper

Just add these to your chopped BBQ pork, carrots, sliced mushrooms, bean sprouts, baby corn, etc... when you stir fry your noodles.  Don't forget the Siracha Hot chili sauce!
