    1tsp Ground Cinnamom

    1tsp Dried Thyme

    1/4 tsp Grated Nutmeg

    2 tsp Demerra Sugar

    2 Garlic Cloves crushed

    1 TBSP chopped onion

    1TBSP spring onion

    1TBSP Vinegar

    2TBSP Vinegar

    2TBSP oil

    1TBSP lime juice

    1 hot chili pepper chopped

    Salt and pepper to taste

    Mix all this together and mash to form a paste. Rub mixture on chicken and make a few slits into the chicken and rub in slits. Place the chicken in a covered dish and let marinate (prefer overnight).

    Brush a little oil on chicken and cook on the grill or place on baking sheet and cook .
