Recipe for sweet and sour meatballs?

im looking for a recipe for store bough meatballs that includes pineaplple, pepper,s and sweet and sour sauce cooked in a crockpot. Please help

  1. 1 (20 ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained with juice reserved

    1/3 cup water

    3 tablespoons distilled white vinegar

    1 tablespoon soy sauce

    1/2 cup packed brown sugar

    3 tablespoons cornstarch

    1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

    1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt

    1 large carrot, diced

    1 large green bell pepper, cut into 1/2 inch pieces

  2. Meatballs:

    600 g beef mince

    2 ml fine gloves

    2 ml pepper

    6 ml salt

    10 ml origanum

    40 ml bisto (gravy powder)

    cold water

    2 slices thick, white bread

    100 ml milk

    2 eggs

    200 ml cake flour

    Sauce:

    2 blocks of chicken stock

    600 ml pineapple juice

    2 onions, chopped

    100 ml chopped greenpepper

    75 ml oil

    200 ml pieces of pineapple

    25 ml maizena or cake flour

    50 ml vinegar

    50 ml brown sugar

    10 ml sojasauce

    2 ml mixed spice

    Directions  

    Meatballs:

    Mix everything together just before the origanum.

    Mix the bisto and water into the above.

    Put the bread into the milk until softened.

    Mix in with the above.

    Mix in the eggs.

    Mix in the flour.

    Form balls.

    Fry in a pan until done.

    Sauce:

    Dissolve the stock in the juice.

    Saute onion and pepper in the oil.

    Mix in the pineapple juice mixture and pieces.

    Mix the maizena, vinegar, sugar, sojasauce and spices.

    Gradually mix into the rest.

    Leave to lightly boil for 15 minutes.

    Put the meatballs into the sauce.

    Simmer for another 10 minutes.

    Serve.
