Recipe help yet again. I need ideas of what to make with the following ingredients.

Baby spinach, whole wheat angel hair pasta, red bell pepper, yellow onion, chicken broth, chicken b*****s, garlic and cheese. any ideas? I need to make something relatively healthy. I also have spices, extra virgin olive oil, and and smart balance low fat butter. any suggestions? Thank you!

  1. Just toss cooked pasta with veggies sauteed in olive oil and minced garlic.  Use  a fair amount of oil so that it can be used as a kind of sauce, like pasta al olio


  2. you could make a cheesy chicken pasta dish...   boil the noodles... cut up and cook the chicken in olive oil w the baby spinach, and onions. and your spices,,, maybe even some mushrooms, and walla a good healthy meal in minutes....

  3. slice chicken b*****s thinly into cutlets. slice onion, and pepper. cook chicken on medium high heat in skillet with olive oil till chick starts to brown, turn and add onion and pepper cook 5 more minutes. add 2 cloves garlic, spinach and cook for 30 seconds. add 1/4 cup chicken broth and cook till boiling, scraping bottom of pan. add cooked pasta and toss for 30 seconds-1 minute.add a little basil. remove to serving dish. top with cheese.

  4. boil ur pasta, chop everything up, saute ur onions and peppers and garlic in oil,then add the chicken, season with spices,salt and pepper, add in the broth and let it cook unit the broth steams out.  

    suate the spinich add it to the chicken and toss in the pasta

    Chicken In Breadcrumbs (Using the Chicken, garlic, cheese, onion & flour)

    ♥♥Three Vegetable Pasta♥♥

    Ok Boil your pasta as it says on the packet i'm assuming, this will take 20 minutes but it depends.

    WHilst thats happening

    Chop the bell pepper into slices and then in half. so each piece is about an inch.

    Chop the onion up really Small

    Chop the spinach just slightly into small enoigh pieces

    Get out a pan, pour in some olive oil and lightly fry the pepper & onions,

    Put the butter in a large (seperate) pan over medium heat, melt the butter & add spinach.  Cover & cook until just wilted, about 5 minutes.  .

    Then Drain the past when its cooked & add the vegetables.

    and add them together & mix, add spices to taste.

    ♥♥CHicken b*****s In Breadcrumbs♥♥

    get half a cup of butter and half a cup of flour, put them together in a bowl and nead them into breadcrumbs.

    In a seperate pan, add some butter and add some crushed garlic, so that till youv'e got a sufficent enough amount., pour that out into a bowl. , then lightly brush the garlic/butter mixture over the chicken b*****s. And roll the chiciken b*****s in breadcrumbs. Put the chicken into an oven tray . BEFORE cooking the chicken add a load of garlic to the chicken broth, and out it in the poan so the chicken has something tosoak in

    Then Bake it.

    Now youve got a choice, or if your spoilt for choice do both!

  6. Pizza would be nice, but you don't need these following ingredients:

    Whole wheat angel hair pasta

    Chicken broth

    Chicken breast

    Garlic

    Spices

    Extra virgin olive oil

    Low fat butter

  7. cook and cube chicken breast.  

    wash and drain spinach well.

    cook the pasta

    lightly steam the peppers, onion, and mix in the pasta when done.  Add the spinach.  It will wilt which is what you want.  .  The garlic can be put in with the vegetables.  lightly sprinkle with olive oil and mix well.  add the chicken on top, and sprinkle with cheese.

  8. I would do this:

    Cook chicken in pan on stovetop with EVOO until done and cut into bite sized pieces.

    Sautee onion, red bell pepper, garlic, and spinach in separate pan.

    Boil the pasta. Drain and add a dab of EVOO to keep moist.

    Mix the chicken with the vegetables and top the pasta, or mix it all together!

    If you have parmesan cheese you can top it with that, and add any spices to your liking.
