A good and easy way is to bake shop bought coissants for about 5 mins, until they are warm through. Then cut them open (like a butterfly), put a few small pieces of chocolate in them, close them and leave to melt the chocolate a bit.

I know it's a bit of a cheat but they are very tasty.
