Can anyone give me some recipes for some good hot/spicy mexican meals?

i live in the UK so only ingredients that are available here

One of my favorites is mexican lasagna

It's salsa, refried beans, & ground beef (browned) & sour cream all layered over a tortilla, then repeat your steps.  top off with shredded cheese.  

Bake covered 30 minutes at 350 F until cheese is melted & all is heated through Mmmm
