Recipes for Worthington Skallops?

I'm looking for some recipes for worthington skallops and I'm only able to find a few and the don't appeal to me. Anyone has any suggestion? I'm cooking fried rice, stir-fry veges, macaroni pie, salad and I want the skallops to cook like chicken or something like that. Any good recipes?

Easy breading recipe-
1. Dredge skallops in mix of flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder.
2. Dip in mixture of egg beaten with 1 tsp water.
3. Dredge in mix of packaged bread crumbs and cornmeal.
4. Fry in canola oil until golden, turning after 30-60 seconds.
Drain on paper towel.  Enjoy!!
