Recipes for weight loss/healthy eating?

Hello there....i am after some easy recipes that are very healthy and good for weight loss. I am currently over 2 stone overweight and im looking to reduce/change what im eating but i have not a clue, i need stuff that can fill me up as i am a pig and i dont want to get cravings for the bad food. Any help,thankyou.

  1. Well when I was trying to lose weight, I typed in Weightwatchers recipes on a search engine and you can get lots of yummy recipes that use low fat or reduced fat ingredients. There are even dessert recipes and dips. Some of them you can't even tell they are low fat.


  2. Don't eat white stuff i.e., rice, pasta, flour, cornstarch, sugar or anything made with these ingredients.  The weight will fall off you.

  3. i just keep eating pasta that usually works :)

    and go ahead barss

    when your hungry .. clean your teeth it stops your from being hungry so you don't snack aswell xx

  4. There are many foods that will aid your body in burning fat. The good news is that this foods come in a variety of forms and flavours. This means you can create a healthy eating plan that builds muscle, burns fat and best of all is easy to stick to.

    You don't have to eat less to lose weight (a very common misconception) you just need to eat better. There are in fact some foods that you can pig out on without fear of weight gain.

    Also, check out www.sparkpeople.com.  It's free.  You can tell it what you've eaten for the day and it will track calories for you, and it has really great message boards with supportive people.   It's helped me lose almost 100 pounds.
