Recipes from Avignon?

Question

I have to make a dish from Avignon, French for a French project. I'm having a hard time finding something specifically from Avignon. It is in Provence, so maybe I can do a recipe from there? It needs to be something simple that I can pass out to people, like cookies or candy, and that doesn't need to be warm.
