Recipes from the Vegan cookbook, Skinny ***** in the Kitch?

Hey. Can someone give me some of their favorite recipes from the book Skinny ***** in the Kitch?? Thanks!!

that book is a farce, mind you it has converted so many women to veganism.  anyway, i haven't read this book but there are various sources of vegan recipes on line.  do a google search and you will be amazed at how much information is readily available.

That book is a joke.  The authors spent all of Skinny B***h talking about not eating processed c**p, then published a cookbook that's full of fake meats and cheeses.  Their recipes are not even recipes, they're instructions for assembling "vegan ham sanwiches" by putting "vegan ham" on "vegan bread."

If you need help assembling sandwiches, go buy the book.

I don't have a favourite recipe from the book - I think it's a pretty bad book, just like Skinny B*tch itself.

As well as being based on the false premise that being vegan inevitably means being slim, a huge number of the recipes use fake meats, cheeses etc. In fact if you follow the meal plans in Skinny B*tch you'd be eating these at every meal on some days.

Personally, though I'm a vegan I think a healthy diet that includes a little meat would be more healthy than the diet these authors propose
