Recipes with egg whites only?

Does anyone know any good recipes for egg whites, to make them taste better?

Egg white omelettes are popular, since you can put any veggies or fillings you like in them. Hope this helps.

I make egg white omelets, any combination of veggies and cheese, it is good.  Or scramble them with mushrooms, green onions, salt, pepper and top with pepper jack cheese.  I make egg white english muffin sandwiches for breakfast, with cheese, they are great.

we like to bake merengs and keep them in the cookie jar. However if you need a fullblown desert then try this one:

MERENGS WITH CREAM

AND BLUEBERRIES

Serves 4

4 eggwhites

Pinch of salt

200g caster sugar

150ml chilled pouring cream

150g blueberries

Icing sugar for dusting

Preheat oven to 100 C. Combine the eggwhites

with salt in a large bowl and beat with an electric

mixer until soft peaks form. Gradually add the sugar

beating constantly, until the mixture is glossy with firm

peaks. Spoon 1/4 of the mixture on a baking sheet

lined with baking paper and spread into 8cm rounds.

Bake for 20 minutes then leave in the oven to cool

(preferably overnight). Remove from the baking paper.

Beat the cream until stiff peaks form. Serve the

meringues with the cream and blueberries, and dust

with icing sug

My dad would have an omelet for dinner using egg whites, tomato, onion, peppers, and mushrooms. Add toast and stewed tomatoes on the side, and he had a delicious dinner.
