Reckless Driving Ticket Questions

Well My question is I got a Reckless driving ticket, which was on a NON Road! I was in a baseball field and a pickup with RWD kept going sideways so i had to get towed out. How can a cop give you a reckless driving ticket for something that not even on a road.

Driving is driving.  You don't have to be on a road to have poor driving skills.
