Recliner for husband's birthday?

Hi all... can you recomment a nice outdoor recliner for my husband's birthday? We'll be living on a third floor apartment, with a medium sized balcony. I'm looking for something under $100. Thanks for any tips!

Have you tried overstock?  I looked and found the chair in the link below.  It is $104.00 dollars, but the shipping is really cheap, under $5.00 dollars.

I have tried one of the zero gravity chairs, (however not this particular one) and found them really comfortable.  Also the chair shouldn't take up too much space.
