Hi,

i'm looking for a low budget video camera with the following specs, and was wondering if anyone could recommend one to me.

-hotshoe & mic input

-High Definition video

-preferably miniDV, but not really important

-advance options, such as custom white balance etc

if anyone knows where i can get anything like this for around £100-£300 then that would be great...

thanks

  1. The least expensive high definition (1080i) camcorders with mic-in jack and all sorts of manual controls are the Canon HV20, HV30, Sony HDR-HC7 and HC9. They are all miniDV tape. You need to increase your budget.

  2. Mates just bought the Samsung Hard drive recorder from Argos and rates it well   quality and sound

    He paid about  ÃƒÂ‚£150

He had an aiptek 720p HD  but sound is rubbish, but picture is excellent   ( best price is £120)
