NO electronic game would be the most suitable - suggest you try traditional methods of entertaining a 3 year old where imagination, communication, social etc skills can be developed.

I recommend that you NOT let a 3 year old play video games. Their brains are still developing, and it's better to let them do more stimulating activities like playing with toys.
