Recommend a good place for an informational interview in central London?

Question

By informational interview I mean setting up a meeting with an experienced professional to pick his/her brain about a career. It would be more about obtaining information; not a job pitch but still professional. Ideally I would visit their office but I wonder if a different setting would be more neutral/friendly. It should not take long either, I reckon about 30min.

So, any ideas?

since they are giving time to you ..why don't you take them to a quiet cafe?
