Recommend agency/website to find senior caregiver in Canada. ?

Question

I'm hoping someone can give a personal recommendation for a caregiver agency in Canada. I"m looking for a caregiver for 2 seniors, and the number of websites is overwhelming. Most seem to just list job applicants, I want an agency that will do some background checking at least.

I'm not looking for general information, but for personal experience good or bad.

well i'm here in the states but generally depending on the laws out there they do back ground checks because ultimately that company is there employer and there responsible for them. you can check www.craigslist.com out and do it privately and do your own back ground checks on the person
