Recommend an inexpensive, accurate satellite signal meter.?

I need a signal meter for testing DirecTV satellite signals. I'm looking for something inexpensive and relatively accurate. Fancy features are not required, just the ability to find a signal through dish pointing. A brand name and source would be very helpful.
