  1. If you're in the UK, then far and away the best is the BBC's iPlayer. http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/

    Also, it's not strictly a channel, but what about YouTube?

    It doesn't have channels, but it has many shows/programs including (but not limited to) FOX, FX, NBC, and now even some PBS and Comedy Central.
