  1. anyone with experience should be fine

  2. Open up your phone book and call around. :)  Find one that will focus on not only analyzing your problem, but will also work towards healing.  Some of them incorporate stimulation and physical therapy into their treatments.

  3. Where do you live?  I know of several great and many good chiropractors in various parts of Texas.

  4. Please do not go for surgery.  Any operation on your back may initially be a success but you will always be plagued with back problems.  My friend had an op two years ago and he was fine. This year for no reason he lost control of his bladder and bowl.  He needed to go back in for another emergency op as his lower vertebra had slipped 3cm.  The sergeon said it was the worst case that he had seen.  He was going to physio but still having trouble as the nerve was being pinched.  I am using Elmore Oil from Australia for my arthritis in my knee and put him on to it.  I swear by it and now he is hooked on it too.  It is the fastest selling pain relief oil in Australia and it is fantastic.  Even the Chinese Olympic team are using it.  I think if you rubbed this on your back it would sort out the pain.  DO NOT have surgery.
