Recommendations for a GPS device that can be attached to a wheelchair and used to locate the person if needed?

A person I know uses a wheelchair, and is unable to speak. He access the community independantly, but sometimes gets distracted or lost. He would like a GPS device that can be attached to his wheelchair to allow him to be located if needed. Any suggestions? Thanks,

  2. Are you in the US ?  If so, check with your local sheriff office.  they have a device called The LifeLine.  47 states have it now.  The person wears a bracelet and can be located electronically.  It is being widely used with Alzheimer's patients.
