I want to purchase an mp3 player for my relative but don't know much about them - which ones are the best? Can you upload mp3 files from your computer or would you have to purchase music downloads from specific sites?

  3. Well, it really depends on how much money you are willing to spend on an mp3 player.  Here are a few options:

    - Sandisk Sansa Clip (available  in 1, 2, and 4GB capacities for between $35 and $80)

    - Sandisk Sansa Fuze (available in 2, 4, and 8GB capacities, plus supports high capacity micro SD cards for memory expansion, for between $80 and $130)

    - Creative Zen (available in 2, 4, 8, 16, and 32 GB capacities, plus supports high capacity SD cards for memory expansion, for between $80 and $250)

    - Sony NWZ A720 series (available in 4, 8, and 16GB capacities, for between $150 and $300)

As for music files, you can put files you already own, or purchase files from various sites, or upload songs from your own CDs.
