Question:

Recommendations for a group brunch in south bay?

Hi!

Any recommendations for a group (~50 people) weekend brunch in the South bay / peninsula? The group is a bunch of college friends with partners and kids. We would like something that is not too fancy but is a hearty breakfast with some vegetarian options. If possible, outdoor, private seating would work wonderfully. Thanks very much for any suggestions!

Thank you!

  1. A couple of places come to mind.  The Left Bank restaurant at Santana has some large spaces for groups.  The private dining room seats 80.  They also have space on the terrace for 80, although I'm not sure if you can reserve all of that space for a private event.

If you are looking for something a little different, you might also want to check out dim sum at Dynasty Restaurant in the Vallco Mall in Cupertino.  They have a number of large private rooms as well.

  2. the sherman in burlingame  ship dining  good food  fun and games

  3. Half Moon Bay Brewing. They serve food and have a large enough outdoor area for maybe 50 people.

  4. Stacks in Campbell or Menlo Park!!!!  Great food!

The one in Menlo Park has a larger outdoor sitting area.

Bill's Cafe in San Jose is also wonderful!
