Recommendations for a youth hostel in Frankfurt?

I need to find an affordable youth hostel or hotel in or near Frankfurt or Kaiserslautern. Anyone have a recommendations?

Try Stay & Learn hostel. It is just across the street (on the left side; see the sign and go up the stairs) from the Frankfurt train station (Hauptbahnhof) and was quite agreeable (though basic in amenities) when I stayed there.

I believe that there is also an HI hostel near Frankfurt. I have never been to the HI hostel in Frankfurt before, but from my experiences with HI hostels at Vienna, Heidelberg, and Luxembourg, I can say that their quality exceeds my highest expectations every time.
