I would definitely recommend Centro Fiorenza.  They are part of the International House organization, which are really top-tier in the world of private language schools.  They have all kinds of different courses.  I linked to the "Out There" program where you learn Italian and then are challenged to actually go out and use the language from each day on the street by talking to locals.  They have other more traditional classroom-based courses, language + culture courses, and others.
