Question:

Recommendations for chronic foot pain

What are your recommendations for an individual who is in her 50s and is experiencing foot pain associated with aging? She's been to a doctor, but he has only given her pain relievers and told her that it is something she'll have to live with. Do you know of any foot rubs, creams, massagers, or foot baths that have helped you or someone you know with foot pain? Are there also any dietary changes that she could make to help naturally reduce the discomfort? Your help or any information that you have would be greatly appreciated.

  1. Go to the good feet store...I do know of this and the person I do know went and was fitted for a good insert for her shoes and even bought a few pairs of their shoes and it did make a huge difference in cutting down some of the pain. When it is formed to fit your foot it really makes a difference. That and you can talk with a pain management clinic or specialist vs. just a doctor to give you pain pills which is real classic. There are always other options. Good Luck!!

  2. Well you could use ben g*y, therogestics or bio freeze and they should help?

or icy hot.. it will temporaily stop the pain.. might be worth a try..
