Recommendations for techno songs?

know any good techno songs with a real heavy sound to them? i don't really know anything about techno, but i like the really heavy beats (bass, synthesizers). idk if this helps at all but whatever

If your looking for something trance oriented then I would recommend Armin Van Buuren, for something harder try this song by Yelle http://youtube.com/watch?v=LYaZYmTwOxA.  Anything by Ferry Corsten the man behind system F is awesome. If you like the heavy beats, I would try looking into late 80's/ early 90's electronica, and for that check out Josh Wink, and Talla 2xLC (he was behind some of thebest early electronic and industrial music.)

Techno is a very ample term in which many performers try to fit in.

Techno-Rave, Techno-Trance, Techno-Electronic, Techno-Industrial, Techno-Pop, Techno-Dance, etc.

Songs that fit into these few categories I just wrote, count by the thousands or more.

I'd suggest you either Google Techno or go to www.cdnow.com.
