Recommended Hotels in or near Dublin?

Suburbs are okay. I'm looking not to spend more than $115/night for two. This would be about a week before St. Patrick's Day.

It is a bit over your budget, but the Merrion Hotel is in a location within an easy walk to downtown Dublin and has an interesting ambience, consisting of several Georgian houses.

We stayed in Bray at a hotel called The Bray Head Inn.  Old hotel, but so beautiful!!  We took the train into Dublin.  It took about a half hour to get there.  It was nice not having to drive in Dublin!!
