Recommended level for final battle on Final Fantasy 7?

Ok. So now, I have the knights of the round summon, and I'm using Cloud, Tifa, and Cid. I have all of their level-4 limit breaks, too. I also have all of their ultimate weapons.

1. Can someone recommend a good level to be at to face Jenova/Sephiroth at the final battles? Like, a good level so its still a challenge, but high enough so I don't get killed in the first round... I'm currently at level 70.

2. Why is it, that sometimes when Tifa uses her Premium heart ultimate weapon, it deals sh*tty damage?!?!?!

Well I would say that Level 70 is is fine I am always about 65-70 when I fight Sephy. You will not get killed if you watch your HP, I would cast regain as Sephy has a very evil move that will leave your player with only 1 hp, and he has a rather long, boring summon that does a good bit of damage as well.

I would also recommend having Ultima materia paired with Quadra magic. Then, have someone equipped with Mine, and have them mirror the attack. HP plus is a must have, and also Full Cure Materia and Counter Attack Materia. You may also want to equip Long Range on one of them (you'll find out why.) If you feel this makes the battle too easy, then leave out the Ultima Materia.

And as far as Tifa goes, I do not know. I never had her in my party. I prefer Cloud, Barret and Cid.
