Recorded sound as a ringtone?!?

i use VENTONES which is a site in which you upload a song, take part of it up to 30 sec. that it is your ringtone, Ventones will send the ringtone as a text message to your phone, it is free.

most likely no.  A while ago, yes, but laws are changing and it is becoming a law that you can't bluetooth ringtones.  Basically the only way to get ringtones is to purchase them from your carrier.  You can still use the other music as mp3s to listen on your phone.
