Recording a Cd To a Cassette

i need record a cd i have to a cassette and i have a boom box that is capable of its a JVC i jus wanna know a few details like will you hear background noises like a sneeze or the TV and do i have to flip the Cassette or will it do it automatically

and it says it has 60 minutes on there but say 90m in smaller print in there and ma mom says there is a way to get it to fit more time on there but i dont know what shes talking about

any relevant info would be greatly appreciated ;)

  1. some decks will flip automatically, but if this is the case there will always be a switch on the front that gives you the option to flip or not...

    you will get no background noise as long as you are not using a microphone to record.

    for part two of your question:

    with a hi-fi, the recording volume is independent from the listening volume, so you don't even need the volume up to record at all...


  2. you need a 3.5mm stereo jack lead, with plugs on both ends.

    plug the LINE-OUT from the cd player to LINE-IN on the cassette deck.
