Recording audio for a video help!?

ok so here is the deal, me and ym friends are making a video making fun of the jonas brothers, we want to record the audio first, then put that audio with video will take kinda lip syncing to what we recorded so i sounds better and not like its liveish

how do i do this??

i have a microphone, i have a amp, i have a cpu mic, i have a usb capible video camera
