Recording probs? can anyone help please?

when i am recording music into my pc there used to be sound but latly there is no sound....play back is really good but would like to hear as i record...thanx

  1. i record though a program called audacity went to radio shack got the line to connect headphone jack to mic jack i can record from anything that has a headphone jack audacity u can export as mp3 burn a cd works great plus its free but the line cost less than ten bucks good luck
