I am quite new-ish to the computer & have not attempted to burn a c.d directly from my music library. Can anyone help me and maybe give me an idea of how I should do this? Thankyou!

  1. More detail needed.

Both Windows Media Player and iTunes let you burn music to audio CDs very easily.

And if you search their "Help" they have step by step instructions on how to do it.

    Edit:

You can only burn music from your hard disk. If it's your "library" on a website then you'll need to capture it to hard disk first. Try using "Audacity". It's free, and can record anything that goes through your sound card.

Once you have the music on your hard disk, it'll be easy.

How much can an 80min CD hold? 80 minutes ;-)

  2. Hello!x

Have you tried using windows media player?  thats how i do mine.  Simply put your blank CD in and click on burn (should be at the top right) and drag your tunes to the sync list.  At the top of your burn list it will tell you how much space is remaining on your CD.

You do have a CD re-writer in your pc don't you, i only ask because i didn't have, i had to go and buy one (cost 25 quid) and put it in myself.

    xx

(not sync, i mean burn)  oops!!

  3. Do you have itunes? Its really simple with that - it practically does it for you

  4. Look for the burn option on whatever player you are playing your music from. First you have to load a CD-R into your computer, then as you play a song click the burn button. I hope this helps, Good Luck!

  5. First you must clean your CD.

Cover it with toothpaste and peanut butter, then immerse in  a solution of baking soda, a can of Coke/Pepsi and sugar.

Then place in your computer. You will find that, if you did it right, your CD will not work.

Then you buy a new one and figure it out yourself. :P
