Recording vdeo game off tv hhelp?

i have a AIPTEK DV6800 http://www.ecbuyph.com/aiptek/images/aiptek-dv6800-large.jpg

and i was wondering how can i record off my tv so i can record video games off it...i try the av - in thing to the tv (yellow, white, red wires) but i dont know how to record it...please help. any help would be great.

  1. There are settings for 'output' on your TV somewhere within the 'menu'. Unless, of course, those RCA jacks are output only. That is probably thee problem.

    I, too, have thought about doing this (haven't tried yet). I *know* it would work if I plugged the game counsol directly into the VCR and record while playing, but you want it to be on your SD Memory Card probably. Maybe do the same hook uP and plug into the 'out' of the VCR or DVD player. There has GOT to be one of those. But you'd probably have to play the game watching thru the view finder of the camcorder. That would suk.

    So, at the *VERY* least, you could prop the camcorder uP to the TV and film the screen. lol - j/k
