I have radio spots that were produced this year, and looking to turn them into a VO demo. Do I hire a recording studio to edit, or can this done on your own and what to use?

Thanks for your help.

  1. You will need the same type of equipment or it won't work. If you can transfer it to a readable format, then you will have to input it to a digital recorder. On the other hand, you won't get the separation.

It is cheaper and faster to go to a studio and do it.

  2. There is a lot of competitIon in the VO world so you want the best quality possible so it is a good investment to go to a studio to do your demo. But make sure the studio has done VO demos - not just music. Ask to listen to some Vo demos they have done - shop around - this is not cheap - make sure you 're doing it  in  a place that is going to make you SHINE!

GOOD LUCK AND CONGRATULATIONS OF THE RADIO SPOTS YOU'VE ALREADY DONE!

    THAT ROCKS!

  3. I dont really know but i think ive heard a program called acid. I heard it was reallly good with things like that.
