What exactly is the question?  You want to know where to look?  You can start at a local library for census bureau information, local mormon churches can direct you to archives since they emphasis learning your genealogy, and local clubs have good libraries on people that done research already.   You might find a relative did the work for you as long as you have some good information to link with them.   Also, if you are looking for birth certificates, marriage records, you Clerk registrar in the city people were born has them.
