Recovery of motorola e398 with dead flash...

my phone is dead while was trying to update my e398.. but any how i managed to force the phone in bootloader but windows vista is not recognizing my phone and i want to restore backup of phone through flashback up software. could you help me plz to connect e398 in vista .
