Recreating images from dreams after waking up?

This might sound weird, but I've always been a VERY vivid dreamer. I have reacurring nightmares about the same series of events. Always the same outcome, exccept different setting, different people. I have really weird dreams, and I wake up imediately after thinking its real. Like if I've dreamed that I've lost something, I'll wake up frantically trying to find it. I used to sleep walk when I was a little kid, really bad. sometimes I wake up, seeing images in the darkness of my bedroom, and I could swear that they're there, but after turning on lights they're not there anymore, and I realize that it must have been a dream.

I wake up a lot of the time still feeling like I'm in the dream state. Kind of like sleep walking, except you're fully present, you just don't have control. It wares off after a few minutes, but it's weird.

Anyone else have dream problems, or stories? I'm not looking for advice, I'm mearly just wondering if this happens to ther people. =)

  1. i have had something similar over the years, but not just once. many times i have encountered this type of dilemma, and with only one resolve to remove it. paralysis, pressure and sometimes suffication occur, there is also sometimes an image of a creature or demon. most of the time when these events would occur, it would be sometime after i had fallen asleep, or had taken a nap. and sometimes when i would go to area's that have had  oppression. there is only one name by which the thing leaves. !!!Jesus!!!  but many times this doesn't come out automatically, it has to be said by speaking through your mouth.  i remember years ago i had a dream, and i looked and i could smell sulfur and i awoke to see smoke in my room, as soon as i went to turn on the light, it was gone.
