I to register witgh this company, Plan Personnel, but found out it's doemant, should I ask them for a job ?

Register with them, be firm and clear in what you are looking for and then don't worry about it.  As another answerer said, the more irons in the fire the better!!

Yes, I would as they have far more pull in getting the gob you wont and hey you have nothing to lose.
