Rectangle trampoline for more than 1 child?

Can just about fit a 10 feet by 7 feet rectangular trampoline in the garden with enclosure, have read due to springs being different to round ones that should only be used by 1 child. But is that just health n safety c**p or can 2 or 3 kids bounce together easily? Obviously they would be within the weight limit advised. Dont lecture please just answer the question!

  1. Of course this is just a stupid warning. Like any other thing like a swingset or a little play place etc. It would be fine for 2-3 kids jump on it.

  2. when i had my trampoline (a circle tramp) we often had 5 or 6 14-15 yr. olds on it at a time. with each of us weighing at least 105 pounds per person.

so i would say it would be fine to have a circle one for more than just one person

  3. 7 people were in my trampoline at the same time and no one got hurt at all.

  4. they say on the instructions only one person should be there at a time but you can put more it just gets crowded and you can get double bounced on go high and might fall off that's why they say only one person at a time but two is okay.

  5. you can it dont matter

  6. yes it should be fine.  The only precaution you should follow is dont let your kids be idiots about it. I've jumped with multiple people on a square tramp before.

  7. That is just health and safety c**p that they will get sued for if they don't put it on there. 2 or 3 kids will be fine and they will definitely be safe with the enclosure. No need to worry.

  8. we used to bounce in pairs at school, one either end. one up, one down where possible.

we were about 13 and didn't come to any harm.

as long as they are sensible enough to stay in their own end, i would let them.
