I have to make a huge presentation tomorrow and i bought some "rescue remedy" because i heard it can help you with your nerves if you start freaking out about something very stressful. Leading up to my presentation, i have been taking it when i get stressed, and it seems to really work. i wonder if it's just placebo effect, though... i was just wondering if anyone could share any personal experiences they've had with it, it would make me feel better! thanks!

  1. Regardless of what some opinions are about whether herbs have placebo effect or not, it works for a lot of people.

I've talked to several people who took a product for a certain benefit (that they had been told incorrectly about), and after I pointed out what the product actually helps with, they realized that they had been getting that benefit. One person (who ordered a joint health product) even said they were wondering why their joints hadn't hurt as much over the past week or so. LOL!

The point has been proven many times over for those that have experienced it that herbs do work, and Rescue Remedy does have herbs that help to calm. Good luck on your presentation!

  2. It will work for you. Shake the bottle well and put a couple of droppersful in an 8 oz. water bottle and just sip it frequently before ,during (it's pretty acceptable these days to be drinking bottled water) your presentation.

  3. I have taken it many times over the last fifteen years before and during large presentations; I wouldn't consider speaking without a bottle in my pocket. The more presentations you do, the less nervous you get, but Rescue Remedy is effective if you have the rug pulled out from under you (lost your notes), or if everything goes to heck (running 20 minutes late).  For people with extreme chronic anxiety, or panic attacks in these situations, it may take more than Rescue Remedy.

    Good luck on your presentation!
