Recurrent mouth sore/ulcer on inside of lower lip.?

It usually lasts for a few months goes away and comes back again.

How do I stop it?

  1. If you have had it checked by a doctor and its not something serious, it could be a canker sore which usually are triggered by stress and an imbalance in your body.

    I used to get cancer sores all the time, then I started taking a natural vitamin called L-lysine. It balances the B vitamins in my body that are sent out of balance from stress. I take 500 mg a day.

    However, that all being said, make sure to check with a doctor to make sure it isn't serious and make sure you can take L-lysine. Even though its s natural vitamin, some people still have reactions.

  2. Recurrent lip ulcers can be a sign of a bigger problem such as sjogrens  disease...You should go to your physician to get the proper diagnosis and or treatment.
