Recurring dream about sand...?

i have this recurring dream that i'm in a big, black, empty space, and i see a small light. i walk toward it and i realize its a small open door (about 2ft across and 2 1/2ft high) i crawl in and i'm in a room fillto the ceiling w/ sand that it basiclly like three walls around me (behind me is the door) it's not a big room and as i walk around looking at this strange sight, i touch the sand. then it all falls down around me and i'm afraid of being buried alive in there. i look behind me and i can't find the little door and i wonder if i can dig my way out. i have had this dream on and off since child hood and have never understood it. i always wake up, sitting up in bed and breathing hard and very scared. i'm open to any ideas.....

Like sand through an hour glass these are the days of our lives.  You may not recognize that line but its a soap opera opening.  The funny thing is its true and your brain got that image from somewhere.  Your afraid you will be buried alive by the stuff in your waking life.  You have something or things that overwhelm you.  You don't see a way out.

The truth is the ability to say no will benefit you and keep that sand from running out from under your feet.

You've been thinking things about something when you die you see a white light and it's a door and so you go in and see these clouds, but it seemed to be sand, I think.. Lol
